Kurtz Timepieces offers free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase is required.
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of placement. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to international addresses at this time.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can track your package through the carrier's website.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your shipping address, contact us immediately at info@kurtztimepieces.com.
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with your neighbors and household members first. If the package is still missing, contact us within 5 days and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
