30-Day Return Policy

Kurtz Timepieces offers a 30-day return policy on all watches. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Conditions

• The watch must be unworn and in its original condition
• All original packaging, including the watch box and tags, must be included
• The watch must not show signs of wear, scratches, or damage
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email us at info@kurtztimepieces.com with your order number and the reason for return. We'll send you a return authorization and shipping instructions within 24 hours.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your watch arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.

Non-Returnable Items

• Watches that have been worn or show signs of use
• Items missing original packaging or accessories
• Returns initiated after the 30-day window

Exchanges

Want to exchange for a different style or size? Follow the return process and place a new order for the item you'd like. We'll process your refund as soon as we receive the original item.
